She believes in the transformative power of the arts and dedicates her work to helping others rediscover resilience and meaning through creative self-expression.
For over a decade, Carol has facilitated expressive arts workshops, art retreats, coaching sessions, and wellness webinars for NGOs, schools, and corporate clients across Metro Manila. Through her supportive and engaging approach, participants gain insight, process life experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping—moving forward with clarity and compassion.

Tanya is a dedicated psychology practitioner with diverse experience in clinical, educational, and organizational settings. She has provided supervised counseling, psychological assessment, and training across various environments—from hospitals and schools to shelters and corporate offices.
With a deep commitment to holistic wellness, Tanya has conducted team buildings, self-care retreats, and workshops on a wide range of topics including stress management, resilience, wellness, mindfulness, movement meditation, emotional regulation, gratitude, purpose, diversity and inclusion, and more. Her work spans across age groups and populations, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, psycho-social and behavioral challenges, histories of abuse, and those on the autism spectrum.
Tanya’s passion lies in expressive arts therapies, particularly the use of movement and the body as a tool for healing. This is the central focus of her research, which she presented at the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA) Conference. She is committed to continuous learning and regularly attends training, classes, and workshops to deepen her practice in the expressive arts and therapeutic modalities.
